2. International medical evacuation
- 24/7 med evac back to RSA in respect of any life threatening cause from any country in Africa south of the equator with guaranteed hospitalisation in RSA in private hospitals.
- Full repatriation back to RSA of occupants of insured vehicle if required.
- International delivery of emergency medication to any occupant of the insured vehicle.
- International repatriation of mortal remains of any occupant of the insured vehicle.
3. Airborne technical assistance
- Assistance while outside the borders of RSA but south of the equator.
- IRO electronic failure
- Mechanical failure
- Loss of keys
- Full repatriation back to RSA should we not be able to remedy the situation.
4. Repatriation following accident, theft or hi-jacking
- Full repatriation back to RSA of the vehicle, its contents/trailer and its passengers following an accident and the vehicle is not drivable.
- Full repatriation back to RSA of all occupants of the vehicle following theft of hi-jacking.
5. Emergency Accommodation
- Accommodation for all occupants of the vehicle following any incident covered in terms of points 2, 3 and 4 above.
6. Car hire following an accident or theft up to 75 days.
7. International legal assistance anywhere in Africa south of the equator and while outside RSA by suitably qualified lawyers.
